- Maintaining systematic and comprehensive records of the Admin activities,
- Checking of staff claims against receipt/invoices provided
- Ordering & maintaining office stationery and equipment.
- Sorting and distributing incoming post/courier and organizing andsending outgoing post/courier.
- Responsible to key in data, handling, filing, and updating Admin records.
- Liaising with government departments and regulatory bodies (KDN, MYEG, MITI, MATRADE, PUSPAKOM, JPJ etc..)
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
