We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our construction office. The ideal candidate will assist in handling documentation, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring smooth administrative flow between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle filing, data entry, and office admin tasks
- Prepare and manage documents (POs, invoices, reports)
- Assist in tracking project records and documents
- Support communication with suppliers and site teams
- Help with HR tasks (attendance, claims, etc.)
- Support other duties as needed by management
- General correspondence
- Attend to phone calls
- Able to travelling to collect Document ( if Needed)
Requirements:
- SPM or Diploma in related field
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Must have own transport
- Experience in Autocount
- Organized, responsible, and able to multitask
- 5.5-day job - Saturdays are remote

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
