Responsibilities:
- Handle overall process of purchase order for company and warehouses.
- Monitore despatch and courier daily activities.
- Handle administrative activities such as Office Maintenance, Office Security, Utilities analysis etc.
- Provide assistance in the absence of Front Desk Personnel.
- Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
- Provide administrative support to the department's operations.
- To undertake other ad hoc responsibilities and duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM in any field.
- At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Pleasant and good interpersonal skills.
- Possess good telephone etiquette, committed and with good work ethics.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant software application.
