Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records for clients across various trades and industries
- Handle end-to-end accounting functions including AP, AR, GL.
- Perform monthly/quarterly/yearly account closing, preparing Trial Balance, Income Statement, and Balance Sheet
- Perform bank reconciliation and follow up on all outstanding items.
- Handle GST filing and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and other professional service providers as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience handling full set of accounts
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of GST, financial reporting, and reconciliation practices
- Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
