1. Prepare intercompany balances, related parties transactions schedules, receivables & payables analysis for group reporting purpose and liaise with Corporate Office for reporting clarification.
2. Finalising accounts closing including prepayment, accruals, payroll and GL coding.
3. Maintain and update Fixed Assets Register, prepare depreciation schedules and monthly fixed assets report.
4. Maintain Right of Use Asset (ROU) and Lease Liability (LL) registers and monthly ROU and LL report.
5.Assist in year end audit including compilation and preparation of Financial Statements & disclosure notes and liaise with auditors.
