Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to source, negotiate of best quotation, payment term and freight term with local & overseas supplier.
- Maintain complete updated purchasing records data in the system
- Ensure suppliers and vendors to meet operation schedule and lead time
- Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and procurement reports
- Follow-up closely on in-coming parts and quantities from supplier to full-fill production and meet customer on-time delivery
Job Requirements:
* Minimum SPM/Diploma or Degree in any field
* Minimum 1-2 years of related working experience in supply chain related field (purchasing/procurement/indirect material sourcing)
* Fresh grad who has related experience are welcome to apply.
* Mandarin speaker is preferred to communicate with suppliers.
* Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
