Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for a broad range of accounting functions — from managing day-to-day financial transactions to preparing analysis reports and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounting activities to meet monthly closing deadlines.
- Manage Accounts Payable eg: to handle Giro payment transactions and process staff claims, supplier payment.
- Manage Accounts Receivable eg : monitor collection status with customers
- Monitor daily cash flow and prepare bank reconciliation.
- Assist on month-end and year-end closing, financial analysis, tax compliance and annual statutory.
- Renew company insurance.
- Prepare working schedules for audit purposes.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required
Requirements
- Hold a Degree/ Diploma in Finance or Accountancy, or those have 1-2 years relevant experience in accounting-related work.
- Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Willing to work at Kota Damansara.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
