21st Mind provides an after-school program specializing in digital and future skills (also known as 21st Century Skills). Established in 2020, we strongly believe that every child has infinite learning potential, and hence, we adopt the coaching approach where we focus on enabling the children to develop multi-faceted skills.

Position Summary
As a Coach at 21st Mind, you will play an important role in unlocking the learners’ potential to maximise their performance. You will support the young learners in achieving their learning goals relevant to technology and future skills as prescribed in our program. You will provide training and guidance where necessary, and constantly help the young learners to develop their problem-solving and critical thinking skills, as well as unleash their creativity. It is critical for you to plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities prior to the classes. We provide curriculum but leave room for your creativity and adjustments. Training will be provided to successful applicants.
Who We Are Looking For
- Well-spoken and presentable as an educator
- Possess basic digital skills
- Must be willing to learn new areas of technology
- Must be ready and available to travel around Klang Valley and its surrounds
- Must enjoy working with kids and teens and enthusiastically engage the learners
- Ability to work and learn independently
- Proactive self-management
- Punctual, responsible and reliable
- Experience in engaging with children in a formal conduct is an advantage
- Preferably have own mode of transport and a driver’s license
- Ability to speak other local languages is an advantage
This role will be suited for university students, fresh graduates and/or applicants who are/have been in the education and/or IT industry.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: RM20.00 - RM40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4.5 – 8 per week
