Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily data entry of accounting transactions
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and other related financial documents
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments
- Assist with month-end closing and preparation of financial reports
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records
- Liaise with internal departments and external parties on accounting matters
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Finance team
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / LCCI / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant working experience is an added advantage
- Knowledge in handling full set of accounts is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
