- Handle full set of accounts including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports for property development projects.
- Process progress billings, claims, and collections related to property sales and project developments.
- Maintain proper documentation of transactions related to property purchases, loans, and agreements.
- Coordinate with project teams on budgeting, costing, and expenditure tracking for ongoing developments.
- Assist in audit, tax computation, and statutory financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., MFRS) and government regulations.
- Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries.
- Monitor cash flow, payment schedules, and ensure timely payments to contractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Support the finance team in any ad hoc assignments or financial analysis.
- Ensure full compliance with e-Invoicing mandates by local regulatory including interpreting and applying the latest e-Invoice guidelines, technical documentation, and updates.
