1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Ensure complete information is received on agreed time.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records into accounting system.
- Process invoices and maintain account payable and account receivables.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation and other reconciliation as required.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing.
2. Compliance and Auditing
- Tally records between reports to ensure records are complete.
- Assist in tax, internal and external audit matters.
- Maintain organized financial records.
- Assist in inventory tracking and cost analysis when required.
- Report on variance, when it is observed
3. Operational & other stakeholders Financial Support
- Liaison person with internal and external stakeholders on billings and payment matters.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
- Handle employee monthly expenses and reimbursements.
- Assist in monthly purchase of inventory.
Job Requirement:
- Possess Diploma or Bachelor in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in accounting.
- Excellent team player and positive attitude.
- Knowledge in SQL software will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month (Will be negotiate based on work experiences, qualification, skills and knowledge)
