We’re seeking a detail-oriented Account Assistant to support our finance team in managing daily accounts payable, receivable, and bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and on time
- Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer payments
- Assist in monthly and quarterly financial closing procedures
- Support bookkeeping processes—data entry, file management, and record retention
- Create and maintain financial spreadsheets and reports
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors/clients as needed
- Assist with filing tax documents and ensuring compliance with local regulations (e.g., SST, Income Tax)
- Support the finance manager in ad hoc administrative and accounting tasks
