The Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Assistant is primarily responsible for supporting daily accounting functions within the AR and AP sections, working closely with other team members to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily data entry tasks with accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Ensure high standards of quality in all data entry-related work.
- Maintain proper filing of all documents in accordance with internal guidelines and timelines.
- Provide assistance to supervisors in matters related to accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) functions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum one (1) year of relevant working experience or internship in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Basic knowledge of mathematics and accounting software.
