- Perform general accounting tasks including data entry of vendor invoices, issuing sales invoices, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare payments, cheques, and other related documents
- Maintain detailed records of purchases, sales, receipts, and receivables reports for management and audit
- Handle supplier invoices, payment preparation & reconciliations (AP)
- Issue invoices, monitor collections & follow up with clients (AR)
- Assist in month-end closing & financial documentation
- Cooperate with internal departments to prepare accounting documentation
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and assist in collection
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
