YOUNG CEO DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (YCDP) – ESHTON EVENTS SDN BHD
To develop ambitious young individuals into high-performing leaders capable of managing teams, driving revenue, and eventually leading offices or new business ventures under Eshton Events.
PHASE 1: FOUNDATION (Month 1–2)
Focus: Sales Mastery + Mindset Conditioning
Goal: Build sales confidence, discipline, and self-leadership.
Modules:
Mastering Face-to-Face Sales (door-to-door/roadshow/office)
Personal Branding & First Impressions
Goal Setting & Daily Discipline
Overcoming Rejection & Building Grit
KPIs:
Meet/exceed daily & weekly sales targets
Consistent attendance and positive attitude
Progress tracking via mentorship reports
PHASE 2: DEVELOPMENT (Month 3–4)
Focus: Leadership Skills + Team Building
Goal: Transition from individual contributor to team leader.
Modules:
Effective Communication & Public Speaking
Recruitment 101: How to attract and select talent
Field Coaching & Motivating Others
Time Management & Planning
Responsibilities:
Start recruiting & training new reps
Run small morning meetings (team huddles)
Join decision-making in team planning
KPIs:
Minimum 1 – 6 active team members
Weekly team performance reporting
Participation in company meetings/training
PHASE 3: ADVANCEMENT (Month 5–6)
Focus: Team Management + Business Operations
Goal: Manage a team of 6–10, understand the business model.
Modules:
Financial Literacy (basic P&L, budgeting for campaigns)
Coaching & Performance Reviews
Office Management & Culture Building
Handling Client Relationships
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 6–10 reps
Monitor team sales numbers & improvement
Run weekly team training sessions
Assist in managing recruitment interviews
KPIs:
Sustainable team performance
Reduce team attrition rate
Show leadership maturity
PHASE 4: CEO TRACK (Month 7–9)
Focus: Independent Leadership
Goal: Prepare to manage a new office or launch a new client campaign.
Modules:
Business Scaling Strategy
Office Startup Logistics
Advanced Client Handling & Negotiation
Leadership Branding & Vision Building
Responsibilities:
Take full accountability for a small team or a sub-division
Handle interviews, training, and development plans
Engage in strategic planning with upper management
KPIs:
Build and retain a 10–25 person team
Hit campaign targets for 2+ consecutive week
Ready for promotion to Assistant Owner/ Assistant Branch Manager
FINAL STAGE: LAUNCH (Month 10–12)
Focus: Office Launch / Business Ownership Path
Goal: Prepare to launch and lead a new sales office or team under Eshton.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
