Key Responsibilities
1. Personal & Family Affairs
- Manage CEO’s personal bills (household, car loans, subscriptions).
- Ensure timely renewals: road tax, insurance, car servicing.
- Coordinate family medical & school appointments.
- Maintain digital records of personal and family finances, insurance, and documents. - Arrange private travel logistics including tickets, hotels, and itineraries.
- Handle purchases, gifts, errands, and small event coordination.
- Organize and coordinate daily schedules, official meetings, and both personal and professional appointments.
2. Wingman Support to CEO
- Accompany CEO when needed for errands, meetings, or events.
- Ensure timely reminders and updates are communicated to the superior to maintain daily efficiency.
- Anticipate needs (items, documents) ahead of CEO’s schedule.
- React quickly to ad-hoc or urgent requests.
- Uphold confidentiality on all sensitive matters involving the CEO or family.
3. Administrative Tasks
- Manage and organize digital filing for personal documents (insurance, health, road tax).
- Prepare, organize, and archive important documents such as reports, presentations, and formal letters.
- Ensure all sensitive or confidential information is stored securely and accessed appropriately.
- Record and prepare accurate meeting minutes in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, or briefing materials as required by the superior. - Liaise with home vendors, insurance agents, car service centers.
- Manage CEO’s personal calendar, align with General Manager.
- Prepare or follow up on service requests, claims, or quotations for personal use.
- Book flight tickets and hotel accommodations for the CEO’s business and personal travel. - Prepare travel-related documents such as passports, visas, or invitation letters when necessary.
- Conduct thorough price comparisons and negotiate for the best possible rates.
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost
-efficiency in all bookings and purchases
4. Communication Handling
- Answer, screen, and manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Act as the primary liaison between the superior and internal staff, clients, vendors, or external stakeholders.
Experienced Required
- 5-8 years in a similar PA role supporting a CEO, founder, or high-profile individual.
- Strong experience in lifestyle, retail, or hospitality sectors preferred.
- Exposure to managing both family and professional affairs simultaneously.
- Experience handling travel arrangements, sensitive documents, and personal errands.
- Previous experience in dealing with vendors, insurance providers, and contractors.
- Possess a valid driving license and able to drive independently for errands, appointments, and official tasks.

Pay: RM4,800.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
