Duties & Responsibilities :
- Install and route electrical wiring systems on ships and marine vessels according to blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
- Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, control panels, lighting, motors, communication systems, and power distribution units.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance with marine safety standards.
- Assist in the installation of shipboard electrical equipment such as navigation systems, propulsion systems, alarm systems, and auxiliary machinery.
- Use cable trays, conduit, clamps, and other fixtures to secure wiring as needed.
- Performs other related duties incidental to work described herein and/or other functions which are logical assignments to the position.
Job Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least a certificate in electrical or Wiring
- Resourceful, initiative, independent and willing to work under pressure.
- Working Location: Kuala Baram, Miri.
