Job Responsibilities:
1.Ensure the proper operation of electrical equipment on assigned machinery; be familiar with the electrical control principles and operating mechanisms of the responsible machines. Report any electrical faults or potential hazards to the supervisor immediately and carry out necessary repairs.
2.Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and first- and second-level servicing of electrical equipment as assigned by the supervisor. Complete relevant maintenance records and report promptly.
3.Conduct routine inspections (daily, weekly, monthly), special checks, and focus inspections of electrical equipment in the responsible area. Fill in inspection reports and submit them to the supervisor after completion.
4.Address issues found during inspections or reported by equipment users, and complete repairs, maintenance, or corrective actions as directed by the supervisor.
5.Respond promptly to emergencies or unexpected equipment failures by immediately following supervisor’s instructions and attending to the scene for troubleshooting and repair.
6.Participate in training sessions, drills, and assessments organized by the company, department, or work area.
7.Support 5S activities within the department and team; maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area after completing tasks.
8.Strictly follow company safety operating procedures; take full responsibility for the safety of personal operations and the work environment; strictly avoid any violation of safety regulations.
Job Requirements:
1.Must possess a valid electrician work permit/certificate
2.Knowledgeable in electrician safety operating procedures
岗位职责：
1.负责责任机台电气设备正常运行，熟悉了解所属责任机台的电控原理及设备运行原理，责任机台发生电气设备故障或出现隐患时，第一时间汇报上级主管，并进行检修；
2.按照计划并根据上级主管的工作分配对电气设备进行计划性检修及一二级保养，完成后及时填写相应表单并汇报上级主管；
3.负责所属区域内的电气设备巡检（日、周、月）、专项检查、痛点检查，完成检查后及时填写相应表单并汇报上级主管；
4.对检查发现的问题或设备使用部门反馈的问题，根据上级主管的安排完成检修、维保、整改等工作；
5.设备出现突发故障或生产出现突发状况时，能够及时响应上级主管安排，第一时间抵达现场进行处理；
6.参加公司、部门及所属区域的组织的培训、演练，并接受考试及考核；
7.参与部门及班组的5S工作，负责作业区域场地清洁卫生工作，做到工完场清；
8.严格执行公司安全操作规程，对个人的作业行为和环境安全负全责，杜绝违章作业。
任职要求：
具备电工上岗证，了解电工安全操作规程。
