Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the daily operation of the warehouse, including the processes of receiving, storing, shipping, and inventory, to ensure efficient and accurate material flow. Formulate and optimize the warehouse management system, supervise its implementation and revise it regularly, manage the warehouse layout and cargo space planning, make rational use of storage space, and improve warehouse utilization.
- Monitor inventory dynamics, perform inventory regularly, ensure the consistency between accounts and actuals, reduce inventory discrepancy rate, analyze inventory data, formulate safety inventory standards, and coordinate procurement and production departments to balance supply and demand.
- Assign warehouse staff work tasks (such as sorting, packaging, loading and unloading), supervise implementation and evaluate performance.
- Organize employee training (such as operating specifications and safety regulations) to improve the team's professional skills and service awareness.
- Formulate warehouse safety systems, regularly organize safety inspections and hidden danger rectification, promote warehouse 6S management, and improve on-site management level.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majors in logistics management, supply chain management, warehousing management, etc. are preferred.
- More than 3 years of warehouse management experience in manufacturing enterprises.
- Familiar with warehousing operation processes (receiving, sending, storage, inventory, picking), master SAP system and Office software.
- Proficient in English, simple communication in Mandarin, and proficient in Malay.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
