Job Description – Warehouse & Safety Executive
Summary
The Warehouse & Safety Executive is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations while ensuring workplace safety, compliance with regulations, and efficient inventory management.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Implement and monitor safety procedures to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and reporting on warehouse performance and safety compliance.
- Provide safety training, guidance, and support to warehouse staff to foster a safe and efficient working environment.
Competencies / Skills
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Safety Management, or related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehouse management and workplace safety practices.
- Communication Skills: Good interpersonal and reporting skills in English (Malay is an advantage).
- Other Skills: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
