Responsibilities:
- Goods Receiving
- Receive and verify the accuracy of the incoming goods from suppliers
- Check the quality and quantity of the goods
- Collaborate with procurement to resolve any discrepancies or issues with suppliers
- Stock Count
- Conduct regular stock count to ensure accurate inventory level
- Update inventory records and organize warehouse space
- Identify and report any stock discrepancies and assist in resolving inventory related issues
- Inventory Management
- Goods Distribution and product request form activities
- Monitor stock level to ensure adequate supply for production
- Work closely with production planner to align stock level with production schedule
- Coordinate the distribution of goods to production based on production schedule
- Ensure timely and accurate issuance of materials to support ongoing production
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of goods received, stock level and goods
Requirement :
- Candidate must at least possess SPM
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience as a Warehouse Coordinator is required for
- Proficient in IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Good team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Be able to stand and move around for extended periods
- Have the ability to work in a factory environment (hot and humid)
- Basic: RM3000
Working hour: 8am – 6pm (Monday – Friday)
