- Guest interaction:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival at the dining area.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, addressing any dietary needs or special requests.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and beverage pairings.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively attend to them.
- Serving food and beverages:
- Deliver food and drinks promptly and with proper serving techniques.
- Ensure food presentation is high quality and plates are served correctly.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and address any concerns.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure their dining experience is positive.
- Table management:
- Set tables according to hotel standards, including proper placement of cutlery and linens.
- Clear plates and glasses promptly between courses.
- Reset tables for new guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
- Payment processing:
- Present the bill to guests accurately and efficiently.
- Accept payment and process transactions according to hotel policies.
