Outlet (All-day Dining) Waiter / Waitress
- Greet and seat guests warmly in restaurant and café settings.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring quality and correct presentation.
- Clear used dishes, clean tables, and reset for the next guests efficiently.
- Refill water, check on guest satisfaction, and handle any requests politely.
- Support buffet line setup and maintenance if applicable.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of assigned section at all times.
Banquet Waiter / Waitress
- Assist with banquet setup: arrange tables, chairs, linens, cutlery, and service stations.
- Serve food and beverages during weddings, meetings, and events following proper sequence.
- Follow instructions from Banquet Captain during function execution.
- Ensure prompt clearing and resetting during multi-course events.
- Participate in event breakdown and cleaning after functions.
- Maintain professional behavior while working in high-paced and formal settings.
Requirements:
- Previous F&B service experience in restaurants or banquet settings is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cheerful, team-oriented, and service-minded.
- Physically fit and able to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Willing to work in both outlet and banquet shifts as assigned.
- Basic English communication required; multilingual skills a plus.
