Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure Statutory Compliance Across Alpro Group

Maintain up-to-date and accurate employment registrations and filings in line with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Manage company and outlet-level registrations, including:
JTK (Jabatan Tenaga Kerja)
EPF (KWSP)
SOCSO (PERKESO)

2. Prepare Audit-Ready Documentation

Organize and compile HR and statutory documents to support internal and external audits.
Ensure proper filing systems and version control for transparency and traceability.

3. Manage HR Applications & Claims

4. Support Employee Documentation Requests

Assist employees with documentation needs such as payslips, verification letters, and employment-related forms.
Maintain well-organized and accurate Payroll and Policy files with consistent follow-through.

5. Leave & Claims Administration – Be Clear. Be Helpful. Be Proactive.

Oversee day-to-day leave and claim submissions with efficiency and precision.
Apply Alpro’s leave and claim policies fairly and consistently.
Offer employees clear, respectful, and solution-focused support—not just responses.

6. Process Improvement & Initiative

Identify recurring issues in employee queries or submissions.
Proactively suggest improvements to streamline processes and reduce repetitive concerns.

Requirements

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
