Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive to join our motorcycle dealership. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of retail sales experience, a passion for motorcycles, and a strong ability to understand customer needs and close sales effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their motorcycle preferences and requirements.
Present, promote, and sell motorcycles and related accessories to prospective buyers.
Provide product knowledge, features, pricing, and financing options.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Maintain the visual presentation and cleanliness of the showroom and display units.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay up to date on the latest models, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Assist with test rides and ensure a safe and informative experience for customers.
Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales (experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service focus and sales-driven attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Diploma or Degree; additional training in sales or marketing is a plus.
Passion for motorcycles and knowledge of various motorcycle brands/models is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
