Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell in-house and public training programs to potential corporate clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, L&D teams, and decision-makers.
- Identify client training needs and propose suitable programs.
- Conduct cold calls, email outreach, online presentations, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with the Training team to customize proposals based on client requirements.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Maintain an updated pipeline using CRM tools and provide regular sales reports.
- Keep abreast of HRD Corp guidelines and ensure training programs are aligned for claimability.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, training, education, or HR services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with HRD Corp claimable training is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
