We’re a fast-growing corporate training provider looking for a motivated, independent, and HRD Corp-savvy Customer Service Executive to join our team!
If you’re confident in client communication, experienced with HRD Corp claims, and comfortable using Microsoft Excel, this could be the role for you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Make outbound calls to promote training programs to corporate clients
- Handle inquiries and manage course registrations
- Prepare quotations and issue invoices
- Manage full HRD Corp claim submission process
- Use Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting
- Communicate professionally with clients
- Travel to client locations when required (own transport needed)
- Coordinate logistics with hotels, vendors, and transport providers
- Use your own laptop for flexible working
Requirements
- Experience with HRD Corp claims is a MUST
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills and able to work independently
- Own vehicle and valid driving license
- Own laptop for work use

RM2,200 – RM3,500 + Commission + Allowances (Based on experience)
