As a Sales Executive – Training Programs at Lifeworks Consulting, you’ll be the bridge between our expert training solutions and the individuals or companies ready to elevate their skills. This role offers the perfect mix of consultative selling, client engagement, and creative marketing in a supportive, learning focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell our public and in-house training programs to individuals and corporate clients.
- Reach out to potential clients through phone, email, and social media, including cold calls, to generate new business.
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored learning and development solutions that make a difference.
- Build and nurture long lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience from first contact to program completion.
- Conduct presentations and meetings (virtual or face to face) to showcase our training offerings and close deals.
- Design attractive sales and marketing materials using Canva and PowerPoint.
- Use social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to engage audiences and promote programs.
- Track client feedback and sales performance to refine your approach and boost results.
- Collaborate closely with trainers, marketing, and operations teams to deliver seamless service.
- Keep CRM data accurate and up to date while achieving sales targets consistently.

Requirements

- Ability to create professional sales and promotional materials.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Canva, and CRM systems.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
