Job Title: Trainer (Cantonese)
Job Location: Malaysia

Shift: Mon- Fri – 9am to 6pm Hong Kong time
Language: Cantonese (must) & English
Scope of Responsibilities:
Demonstrate ability to train associates in domain using a structured approach
Manage, design and develop new hire, refresher, process change, and other related trainings
Coordinate with client SMEs to provide process updates, changes, and operational knowledge to team members
Responsible to remain current with all process documentation and operating procedures for all in-scope processes and procedures
Analyze statistics at a training class and team level (AHT, quality, etc.) to determine training support needs
Collaborate with the client on any process gaps or opportunities while working on training, reviewing SOP’s, and related documents
Assist Team Lead in management tasks as required
Actively participate as relevant in Client/Internal meetings
Provide MIS reports as relevant
Preferred Skills:
Deep understanding of the healthcare insurance industry, including relevant regulations, compliance requirements, and market trends in APAC market
End to end understanding insurance claims process, benefits/policy servicing, provider relationship and customer contact center
Required Qualification:
University Degree
Preferred experience – Health Care insurance with 6-10 years of experience
Excellent verbal and written English/Cantonese communication skills
