Kitchen Trainer
Responsibilities:
Train kitchen crew on SOPs, food preparation, hygiene, and safety standards
Conduct hands-on training for new staff and refresher sessions
Monitor kitchen performance and provide coaching where needed
Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
Requirements:
Basic culinary knowledge with kitchen experience
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to coach and motivate team members
Passionate about food and high-quality standards
To handle audit department
Service Trainer
Responsibilities:
Conduct service SOP training (greeting, order taking, customer handling)
Provide grooming, communication, and customer service coaching
Support new crew onboarding and monitor service quality
Evaluate and guide team members to maintain high service standards
Requirements:
Experience in F&B front-of-house or customer service
Presentable, confident, and people-oriented
Strong interpersonal and training skills
Able to lead by example
To handle audit department
