Job Summary
We’re hiring an Assistant Client Service Desk Administrator to support our IT service desk team. This is an entry-level role, ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with basic customer service or IT support experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the service desk team with admin tasks
- Log and track service requests from clients
- Follow up and update clients on progress
- Work with other teams to resolve client issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ensure correct steps are followed for urgent requests
Requirements
- Minimum: High School Certificate (Diploma is a plus)
- Able to speak Cantonese fluently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willing to work 12-hour shifts (7AM–7PM / 7PM–7AM)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
