We are looking for a Thai-speaking Call Centre Agent to join our customer service team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Thai-speaking customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. You will handle customer inquiries across various communication channels, resolve issues, and provide accurate information — all while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other platforms in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle Complaints Professionally: Resolve customer issues and complaints with care and professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalate Complex Issues: Forward unresolved or complex matters to relevant departments or senior staff for further action.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Log all customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Suggest Process Improvements: Identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancing customer service protocols.
- Meet Performance Targets: Strive to achieve individual and team KPIs such as response time and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or higher in any field. SPM holders with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience:
- At least 6 months of experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred.
- Fresh graduates or candidates without experience but with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in Thai (spoken & written)
- Good command of English is required.
