Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Java Support professional. The ideal candidate will provide technical support for Java-based applications and communicate effectively with Thai-speaking stakeholders or end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1/2 support for Java-based systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with development teams to escalate unresolved issues.
- Communicate effectively in Thai with clients, partners, or users as required.
- Document issues, solutions, and standard procedures.
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of Java and related technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience level: Entry-level (0–2 years) OR Mid-level (3–6 years) support experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
