Salary: RM1,700 - RM4,000 + Commission
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: 26 Jalan Dagangan 14, Pusat Bandar Perdana, 13200 Bertam, Pulau Pinang

Job Scope
1) Actively seek out and engage potential customers to achieve sales targets
2) Present, promote, and sell products or services using solid arguments to prospective and existing clients
3) Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
4) Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs
5) Follow up on leads generated through various marketing activities
6) Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts to management
7) Negotiate and close sales deals, addressing client objections effectively
8) Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor activities
9) Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
10) Manage customer complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution
Requirements / Preferred Qualifications
1) Proven experience in sales or a related field is an advantage
2) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
3) Results-driven with a passion for meeting targets
4) Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5) Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies
