Working Hours: Monday–Friday,8.30am–6.00pm
Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,500
Job Description
We are looking for confident and motivated Telemarketers to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to promote company products/services.
* Answer customer inquiries professionally and accurately.
* Achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
* Record customer details and update call status in the system.
* Follow up with potential customers.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing team.
* Submit daily or weekly reports to the supervisor.
Requirements:
* Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma.
* Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia (English is a plus).
* Confident, friendly, and comfortable speaking over the phone.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Word/Excel; CRM experience is a plus).
* Able to work under pressure and meet targets.
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
