Telemarketing Executive – Kuala Lumpur (Full Time)
Earnings Potential:
- Basic Salary: RM2,500 (Chinese-speaking candidates only)
- Commission: 0.8% – 1% of loan value
- Monthly take-home (basic + commission): RM3,000 – RM8,000+
- Top performers may exceed RM10,000
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Proficient in Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, and English
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Driven, motivated, and eager to achieve high income targets
- Computer literate and able to work with digital systems
- Previous experience in sales/telemarketing is advantageous
- Immediate starters or those available on short notice preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using company’s system database
- Present financial solutions tailored to customer needs
- Educate clients on loan repayment and debt management products
- Build rapport and maintain strong client relationships
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales approach
