Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, sanitary, and heating systems.
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential risks, ensuring preventive action is taken.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and guest complaints related to plumbing.
- Carry out preventive maintenance schedules for pipes, fittings, pumps, valves, water heaters, and other plumbing equipment.
- Maintain swimming pool and water treatment systems where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, health, and safety regulations.
- Work closely with other maintenance staff to resolve issues efficiently with minimal disruption to guests.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare part usage.
- Report any major repair requirements or potential hazards to the Maintenance Manager.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are kept clean, safe, and organized.
- Assist in other general maintenance duties when required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Plumber, preferably in a hotel, resort, or commercial property.
- Technical knowledge of water supply networks, sanitary systems, and heating systems.
- Ability to use plumbing tools and equipment effectively and safely.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic record-keeping and reporting skills.
- Physically fit and able to work on-call shifts, weekends, or emergencies.
- Relevant certification in plumbing or related field preferred.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
