Position Overview
The Telemarketer will be responsible for reaching out to prospective and
existing clients via phone to generate leads and support the sales team in
achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients (minimum
120 to 150 calls daily)
- Follow call scripts and adapt when needed to handle client’s
objection
- Meet daily calls target and KPIs
- Generate qualified leads and coordinate well with sales team
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum SPM
- Good communication an interpersonal skill (clear speaking voice)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Prior experience in telemarketing, is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM3,303.63 per month
