Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products/services
- Explain product benefits, address customer inquiries and close sales
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
- Follow up on leads and provide professional recommendations
- Record customer feedback and update CRM system
- Accurately log call details and sales outcomes
- Submit regular sales performance reports
Requirements:
- No experience required (paid training provided)
- SPM/UEC qualification or above
- Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Resilient under pressure and target-driven
- Basic computer literacy (Excel, CRM systems)
- Self-motivated with good teamwork attitude
