Job Scope:
- Project Planning and Executionby defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Understanding technical requirements, assessing risks, and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Leading and motivating technical teams. Facilitating communication and collaboration.
- Communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Managing expectations and ensuring alignment.
- Optimizing resource allocation and utilization.
- Ensuring the quality of deliverables and adherence to standards.
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.
- Tracking project expenses and ensuring adherence to the budget.
Key Skills:
- Good understanding of relevant technologies and development methodologies.
- Proficient in project planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to motivate and guide teams. Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve technical and project-related issues.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work under pressure.
Qualification:
- Degree in E & E, Electrical, Mechatronic or relevant field of engineering
- Minimum 2 years of related experience at management level.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and technical drawing.
