Location: Boulevard Commercial Centre, 98000 Miri, Sarawak
Job Responsibilities:
- Content Creation – Develop engaging photos, videos, and graphics for property listings, social media, website, and marketing materials.
- Social Media Management – Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) with regular, high-quality posts.
- Property Marketing Support – Assist in creating promotional materials, online ads, and campaigns to showcase properties and attract potential buyers/tenants
- Website & Digital Platform Updates – Upload property listings, update content, and ensure all digital platforms are accurate and visually appealing.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Multimedia, Marketing, or related field (or relevant work experience).
- Skilled in photo/video editing software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva).
- Basic IT troubleshooting skills and familiarity with website management.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the real estate/property industry is an advantage.
