Beverage Creation: Make a variety of tea-based drinks, including iced tea, milk tea, tea lattes, and bubble tea (boba), often with customized flavors or toppings.
Customer Service: Interact with customers, take orders, provide recommendations based on preferences, and answer questions about the menu.
