Key Responsibilities:
As a Production Operator, you will be an essential part of our manufacturing floor, responsible for the efficient assembly and production of our electronic products. Your duties will include:
- Operating and monitoring automated production machinery and equipment.
- Performing manual assembly tasks, including soldering, component placement, and wiring, following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conducting visual inspections and basic quality checks to ensure products meet our high-quality standards.
- Handling materials and components with care to prevent damage or electrostatic discharge (ESD).
- Meeting daily production targets and contributing to overall team efficiency.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe 5S work environment.
- Accurately reporting production data and any machine issues to the team leader.
- Adhering strictly to all company safety policies and guidelines.
Requirements:
- SPM / SKM Certificate or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
- Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (especially electronics) will have an advantage.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in Bahasa Malaysia or basic English.
- Good hand-eye coordination and a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift basis (Morning/Night) and overtime when required.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a team.
