Job Description
- Demands management, prioritization.
- CV assessment.
- Clarification w agency, cdd, HM.
- Send qualified CV to HM and RT.
- Backfill int scheduling if required.
- Chase for int Feedbacks / flag ambiguous feedbacks.
- Reassess failed profiles for another suitable demand.
- Weekly cadence with Agency, TA, Practices.
- Attend project daily cadence.
- Negotiation with HM on cdd acceptances, assisted by
- PL.
- Work with TA on CDD negotiations for closure, if
- required.
- Prepare reports.
- Team/client management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

- Team Lead: 1 year (Preferred)
