- Recruitment Coordinator Lead (5 - 7 years exp) - 1 Headcount
- Account Delivery Manager (8+ years exp) - 1 Headcount
Job Description:
- Align with leads on daily demands prioritization
- CV assessment.
- Clarification with agency, candidate, Hiring Manager.
- Send qualified CV to Hiring Manager and Recruitment Team.
- Backfill int scheduling if required.
- Chase for int Feedbacks / flag ambiguous feedbacks.
- Reassess failed profiles for another suitable demand.
- Weekly cadence with Agencies.
- Attend daily cadence call.
- Update all trackers / Agencies of int status/outcome.
- Validate hiring details.
- Priority on Scheduling of interviews.
- Profiles assessments / validation and screening.
- Chase for Feedbacks.
Requirements:
- Possess a degree in HR, Business Management or equivalent
- Must have at least 2 - 7 years of experience in recruitment.
- Experience in client engagement
- PMO or PMA in recruitment
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
