1. Talent Acquisition
Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through various channels such as job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed), employee referrals, and networking.
Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidate suitability based on job requirements.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role expectations, job descriptions, and selection criteria.
2. Recruitment Process Management
Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and related hiring activities.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
3. Candidate Engagement
Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Provide timely feedback to candidates and manage the offer and negotiation stages.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
4. Employer Branding
Support efforts to enhance the company's employer brand and market reputation.
Participate in organizing and attending recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and campus hiring initiatives.
5. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure all recruitment activities are in compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.
Prepare and present recruitment-related reports and metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
6. Collaboration
Work closely with HR team members to support smooth onboarding and pre-employment documentation.
Contribute to HR projects such as employee referral programs, internship placements, and other talent initiatives.
Who are they looking for?
HR expertise: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with 2 years of experience in HR roles.
Tech-savvy: Familiarity with HRIS software and tools to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
Legal knowledge: Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
Strong communicator: Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
