Position: Tea Sales Consultant

Working Day: Mon to Sun, 5.5 days a week (off day fall on weekday only)
Working Hour: 10am - 8pm
Salary Range: RM2,600 to RM4,000++
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Tea Sales Consultant to provide premium and warm customer service, assist with tea brewing and daily operations, and help create a pleasant tea experience. This role is great for someone who is polite, service-minded, and passionate about tea culture.
Job Description:
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Assist with tea brewing and serving
- Keep the tea house clean and organized
- Recommend tea options and explain tea types to customers
- Help manage private room bookings and service
- Work as a team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply!
- Must be able to speak, read & write Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Basic English or Cantonese is a plus
- Interest in tea culture and willing to learn
- Polite, patient, and detail-oriented
- Neat appearance and good personal hygiene
- 5.5 working days in a week (10am – 8pm Retail Shift Schedule & off day fall on weekday only)
