Beverage Preparation
- Prepare a variety of drinks including milk tea, fruit tea, smoothies, and other specialty
beverages according to standard recipes.
- Brew tea, cook pearls/toppings, and ensure freshness of ingredients.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of drinks.
Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and handle orders efficiently.
- Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally and report to supervisor when necessary.
Outlet Hygiene & Cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation, equipment, and overall outlet.
- Wash utensils, wipe counters, and follow cleaning schedules.
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations (e.g., glove and mask usage).
Cashiering & Order Management
- Operate POS system, handle cash, e-wallet, or card transactions accurately.
- Ensure correct order taking and timely service during peak hours.
- Support online order preparation (GrabFood, Foodpanda, etc.) if applicable.
Stock & Inventory Support
- Monitor ingredient levels and inform supervisor for replenishment.
- Receive and check inventory deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality.
Teamwork & General Duties
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Attend training sessions or store briefings as required.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor or manager.
Requirements :
- Education: SPM or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Prior F&B or barista experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome.
Working Conditions:
- 6-day work week, including weekends and public holidays.
- Shifts based on outlet operation hours (e.g., 9AM–10PM / 9AM-6PM / 1PM-10PM / 2PM11PM).
- Must be willing to stand for long hours and work in hot/cold beverage preparation areas.
