Responsibilities:
- Sushi & sashimi prep, wagyu, seafood, fusion hot dishes
- Fine dining plating, service flow, and Japanese ingredient handling
- Omakase & seasonal menu skills
- Real-world experience in a high-standard kitchen
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcome – no experience needed
- Willing to learn and grow under senior Japanese-trained chefs
- Passionate about Japanese cuisine and hospitality
- Team player with a positive, respectful attitude
- Punctual, responsible, and hard-working
- Able to work evenings, weekends & public holidays
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene & safety
