Job Scope Chef De Partie
- Supervise kitchen staff including
- oversee and manage kitchen
- Organize and prepare the designated kitchen station by ensuring all necessary ingredients, tools, and equipment are readily available.
- Execute the cooking process for a specific portion of each plated meal, adhering to the prescribed recipes and quality standards.
- Assist in various food preparation tasks including marinating, cutting, and precooking ingredients as directed by the head chef or sous chef.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen throughout the shift, ensuring all surfaces, equipment, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
- Conduct a comprehensive clean-up of the kitchen area before the restaurant closes, including disposal of waste, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing equipment.
- Wrap and store unused items in appropriate containers or areas, ensuring proper labeling and organization to facilitate efficient operations for subsequent shifts.
- Creatively plate food according to established guidelines, emphasizing presentation and maximizing customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
